Adding Givelify Company Calendar to Outlook for Windows

1. In the bottom left corner of your screen in Outlook, click on the three dots icon and then choose Folders

2. In the Folders pane, scroll down to the bottom to find the Public Folders section




3.     Expand the All Public Folders drop-down, right click on Givelify Calendar and select Add to Favorites.




4.     In the pop up that appears, give the calendar the name you wish for it to show or leave it as the default and then click Add.



 
5.     When you switch to the calendars view, the Givelify Calendar will now appear under Other Calendars. You can click and drag Givelify Calendar until it falls under My Calendars for easier reference.




Note: If you are unable to view or add items to the calendar, contact IT for permissions.
