How to Add a Password in Zoho Vault

Please, do not save passwords in your browser. This poses a security risk and could compromise company data and potentially customer data. 

Log in to Zoho Vault

If you cant remember your password, you can select Sign in using email OTP or One-Time Password (you will need to have your Givelify email open). You can also select the Forgot Password? button to reset your password.
Enter your master password. If you can not remember your master password, please contact the IT team.
Your master password is not stored on any server and relies completely on the users memory

Add a Password (Secret)

Click on the blue Add button > then Password

Fill in the Name (name of the website or tool being saved) and User Name (username associated with the account). To generate a password, use the generate password button  located on the far right of the Password field.

Select the Generate Passphrase tab, click and drag the Word Count slider to at least 2 or more words, type in a special character (! # @ $, etc.) in the Separator field and click the Use button when done.
Copy and paste the sign in URL in the URL field of the tool being used and click Save
Copying the sign in URL in the URL field will assist with the autologin function in the zoho browser extension
