Identifying external emails
An external email is an email that arrives in your inbox that originates from someone who is not a Givelify Team member. Learning to spot external emails are very important to avoid phishing scam. A very typical scam would be to send an email impersonating a member of the Givelify Team.
When an email arrives from outside the Givelify organization, our email servers will prepend a warning in the email body
If you see the warning but the name shows up as a Givelify Team member, that is a scam email and you can
report the message using the reporting add-in.
