Opening a shared mailbox in Webmail

Sign in to your webmail: Sign in to Outlook on the web


Click on your profile/initials at the top right corner and select Open another mailbox



Type the name of the mailbox and select it from the list below and click on Open



The mailbox will open in a new tab and you can start using it



If the mailbox was recently created, the search result may be empty, if that is the case type the whole email address of the mailbox and select the option Use this address:.... and then click on Open

Another way to access a shared mailbox is by using the URL: https://outlook.office.com/mail/emailaddress@givelify.com
