Registering your computer with MDM portal in MacOS

1. Download the Company Portal app from here

2. Open the dmg image file that was downloaded and install the Company Portal app

3. Open the Company Portal app
     

4. Click on Sign in, and sign in with you Givelify email account. (If you have previously signed into other Microsoft applications, it wont ask for a username/password and signs you in automatically)
     

5. Click Continue
     

6. Click on Download profile
     

7. If the System Preferences did not launch and you only see this notification, click on the notification. Otherwise move to the next step.
     

8. Click on Install...  to install the management profile. You will be asked to authenticated your user with either your password or touch id.
     

9. Click Install. You will be asked to authenticated your user with either your password or Touch ID.
     

10. Return to the Company Portal app. When you see a progress bar, you are done.
     

11. At this point we recommend you wait a couple minutes and log out and log back in. You will be asked to change your password. The new password requirements are 8 alphanumeric characters. You can reuse your old password if it meets this requirements.
If at logout you if you are asked to enter your password to enable FileVault and it doesn't accept your password, you can hit cancel to bypass it.

If you are unable to view the above video, please go to https://web.microsoftstream.com/ and sign in with your givelify email in order to activate your Microsoft Stream account

If you see the following error message, you can click on Exit setup, and then log off and log back in
