Your computer is encrypted with FileVault and you may need to bypass the encryption for repairs or password resets. The recovery key is stored online and you can retrieve it from the Intune company portal website here: https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/

Open the company portal website from the link above and sign in with your Givelify Microsoft account.

Click on Devices

In the Devices page, select the device you want to retrieve the recovery key for. Most people will only see one device here

At the bottom of the page, click on Get recovery key and you will see the recovery key for your device
