Opening a shared mailbox in Outlook for macOS


In the menu bar, click on File -> Open -> Shared Mailbox...



Type in the name of the mailbox, select it and click on Add

If this mailbox was recently created, you will not be able to find it. If you need to use it urgently, please use the webmail to access it




The mailbox will appear on the left side of Outlook beneath your personal mailbox
