Opening a shared mailbox in Outlook for Windows


In Outlook for Windows, once you have been given access to a share mailbox it will appear on the left side of Outlook under your personal mailbox. It may take a while before the mailbox appears, if you need to use the mailbox urgently, please use the webmail
