Retrieving recovery key for Windows machine

Your computer is encrypted with Bitlocker and you may need to unlock your device. The recovery key is stored online and you can retrieve it from the Microsoft self-service portal here: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/?ref=MeControl


Retrieving the recovery key
Open the Self service ortal website from the link above and sign in with your Givelify Microsoft account.

Click on Devices


In the Devices page, select the device you want to retrieve the recovery key for. Most people will only see one device here


Click on View Bitlocker Keys
